Reef paint is a paint system for boat reefs. It is the most common and perhaps most important paint job any boat owner does and is usually part of annual maintenance. More specifically, "mourviasma", prevents micro-organisms, algae and oyster from sticking to the reefs of the boat, keeping them clean. This is for vessels of vital importance, since:

A reduction in fouling caused by fauna and algae is achieved A minimum possible friction is ensured (so efficiency is maximized and higher speeds are achieved) Fuel consumption is reduced by achieving a reduction in water resistance A reef fouling is prevented from penetrating the surface of the vessel and improves her protection.
